Many of us are winding down 2024 feeling like we're buried in snow, so carving out the space for meaningful introspection amidst deadlines, deliverables, and the end-of-year hustle & bustle can feel like an uphill battle.

That's why we created 2024 Retrospective, a warm invitation for a collective pause to spark meaningful reflection as we count down to 2024's final days.

• Daily prompts via email (Dec 1 - 12th) to countdown to the workshop, helping you gather the necessary pieces for meaningful reflection
• 2-hour live creative workshop on Friday, December 13th to turn data into stories, uncover your growth, and receive help seeing the forest through the trees

Your hosts

Sarah Jutras: Sarah is a human-design practitioner having served as a design director, start-up co-founder, agency owner, product design lead, and educator. Her devotion to cultivating collaborative and inspiring partnerships has led to lasting relationships with clients and the community. Sarah is a pancake lover (she hosted a sidewalk pancake popup in SF), weekend adventurer (ask her about her local travel guides), and new dog mom to rescue pup, Benny.

Gabriela Néspoli: Gabriela is a Learning Experience Designer passionate about empowering people to uncover their potential and live with purpose and joy. When she’s not creating or facilitating sessions through Florens, Gabriela enjoys the ease of swimming in the Brazilian seaside or immersing herself in the world of Elena Ferrante.
